O CBMA is honored to announce the formalization of a cooperation agreement with PRIAC (International Arbitration Court in Prague), an arbitration chamber located in Prague, which took place during the opening cocktail party of the VII CBMA International Arbitration Congress, held in August.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in the search for effective methods for resolving commercial disputes. The joint commitment of the two institutions aims to promote alternative and consensual solutions that meet the needs of the parties involved, reaffirming the importance of arbitration in the international scenario.
