At the end of last year, CBMA was officially accredited as an Arbitral Chamber by the Office of the Attorney General of the State of São Paulo (PGE/SP).

This accreditation meets the criteria set by PGE/SP, the body responsible for handling arbitration procedures involving the State of São Paulo and its autarchies. Additionally, PGE/SP is in charge of organizing the registration of arbitration chambers.

With this accreditation, CBMA has been included in a reference list of entities that meet the requirements and quality standards established by PGE/SP, reaffirming our expertise and extensive experience in conducting arbitration proceedings involving both direct and indirect public administration.
