Standard Arbitration Clause

“All disputes arising from or related to this contract shall be definitively resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of the CBMA - Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules.”

Standard Clause for Prior Mediation to Arbitration

"All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall first be submitted to mediation in accordance with the rules of the CBMA - Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration. Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the CBMA rules, by one or more arbitrators appointed pursuant to said rules."
