CBMA has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in China!
The goal is to strengthen the relationship between the two countries and promote the use of appropriate conflict resolution solutions, whether through joint events or through the sharing of infrastructure and the exchange of arbitrators.
CBMA President, Dr. Gustavo Schmidt, speaks about the agreement:
💬 "Recently, six more countries were included in the BRICS bloc. This makes cooperation agreements between the arbitration institutions of the involved countries increasingly important, not only for dispute administration but primarily for the exchange of knowledge and networking."
Our president further emphasizes that CBMA is always open to cooperating with institutions aligned with the mission of promoting best practices in dispute resolution.
