The CBMA has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration and the Hengqin International Commercial Mediation Center in China!

The goal is to strengthen the relationship between the two countries and promote the use of appropriate conflict resolution methods, either through joint events or by sharing infrastructure and exchanging arbitrators and mediators. The agreement also covers the Macao region, where Portuguese is one of the official languages.

CBMA President, Dr. Gustavo Schmidt, speaks about the agreement:
"With this additional agreement with reputable institutions, CBMA continues its internationalization process. China is Brazil's largest trading partner, and collaboration between institutions in the field of conflict resolution is essential for the exchange of knowledge, professional networking, and the development of best practices."
